Who Is Donald Trump?Donald Trump was born on June 14, 1946, in Queens, New York. Trump began his political career by seeking the nomination for the Reform Party for the 2000 presidential race and withdrew; he again publicly announced he would be running for president in the 2012 election. However it wasn’t until the 2016 election that Trump became the official Republican nominee for president and, defying polls and media projections, won the majority of electoral college votes in a stunning victory on November 8, 2016. Despite losing the popular vote to Hillary Clinton by almost 2.9 million votes, Trump's electoral win —306 votes to Clinton's 232 votes — clinched his election as the 45th president of the United States.

Executive order 13769
Trump signed an executive order that promised to keep "radical Islamic terrorists out of the United States of America."
The order, named "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States," took immediate effect to bar admission to the U.S. of all people with non-immigrant or immigrant visas from seven countries -- Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen -- for 90 days. It also barred entry to all refugees from anywhere in the world for 120 days and placed an indefinite ban on refugees from war-torn Syria.
This effect peoples freedom because Trump directly persecuted people of a specific nationality. His direct order stopped people from traveling. Trump also effected peoples access to information when the order was signed the public had not yet seen documents that described exactly how airports and government officials around the world implement new rules. People interpreted Trump’s immigration order as a ban on people of the Muslim faith.
It is at the very least unfair and at worst inhumane to deny the dreams and aspirations that these people share with the US founding fathers. Further, the right to seek asylum and to seek to visit the United States, by all citizens of all countries regardless of race, religion or ethnic origin, is provided for by the law and protected by the constitution of the United States.

Immigration Detention Centers
Immigration detention centers weren't invented by but under the trump administration they are aggressively expanding. This is effecting up to 50,000 illegal immigrants freedoms. Conditions seem punitively harsh, locking up many immigrants who pose no obvious threat to public safety. A year into President Trump’s crackdown, tens of thousands of immigrants are living the consequences, and fighting against deportation from behind bars. Since many immigrants know little to no English they have no way to fully represent themselves and plead their case. ICE Agents now understand they need not be overly concerned about individuals’ due process rights. That pardon is a “green light” for racial profiling
The problem with detention is even the best-run operations have inherent risks: infectious disease outbreaks, sexual assault, pre-existing medical conditions, asylum seekers who may be traumatized and suicidal. Detention centers should be reserved for public-safety threats. There should be safer more humane way implemented for immigrant fleeing to america for safety from a more dangerous life they have left behind.
